Job Division of " Www.shanidev.us " Informs You about Terms of Job

1. Your Present Posting will be at Your Present Native Place only.

2. You Designation will be “ Trainees Sales Officer ”.

3. You will be kept on Self – Training Period without salary, till you get Your first order for us.

4. Your Salary will be Start from the Day, We Receive the Payment of your First Order For Selling Advertisement Space.

5. If you wish to work in Our Web Designing & Development Sales Division, it will be made possible only after completing Two Months Positive working with us and after your Completing Two orders of Advertisement division only.

5. You will get a Lump Sum Monthly Salary of Rs.5,500/- per month (Rs 5,000/- Basic + Rs.500/- Local Conveyance) + 10% commission if you cross Your Monthly Sales Target of Rs.35,000/- Per Month ( It means on Achieving Your Monthly Sales Target, You will get a Salary + Incentive of Minimum Rs.9,000/- per month ).

6. Your Services will be counted from Day of your Successful Order for a Probation Period of One Year.

7. In Case, if you do not bring another order within next 59 Days (After your First order), your services will be terminated on 60 th Day immediately with out any further notice.

8. Your Monthly Salary will be Directly Transferred ( Deposited ) in your Bank Account from Our Office on Or before 7 th day of every month.

9. Your Services can be Terminated with immediate effect, if the Management Found it Unsatisfactory or Harmful in Favour of this Religious Organisation, Even after completing one year of Probation Period.

10. In Case of any Dispute the Jurisdiction of New Delhi Govt. will be final and binding to both the Parties.

1a. You will Sell Advertisement Space, available at our Web site on different Pages along with Our other Saleable Products.

1b. You may be selected as Our Sales Officer for Web site Designing, Web Development, E-mail marketing, Hosting Space & Domains Division, after getting Traning from our Delhi Office, if selected for this Particular Sales Job, After completing At least Two Month in Selling Advertisement Space Division.

1c. You may be selected as Our Sales Officer for our Garment Division ( Jeans - Shirts - Top ) Going to Launch in Dec 2009, after Getting Traning from Our Delhi Office, if selected for this Particular sales Job, After completing At least Six Months in Selling of Advertisement Space Division.

2. You will visit minimum 20 Persons ( Businessmen Etc.) Daily, and will offer them Space For Advertisement for their Business / Products on our web site.

3. You may also offer our any other Services and Products to above Businessman, You find suitable for him.

4. You will forward us Weekly Details, of all the Persons visited, along with ( Name, Address, Type of his Business, Mobile Number, Phone Numbers, E-mail addresses and Result of Your Meeting etc.) and send it to us by E-mail on every Sunday.

1. If Given Details of Your Visits, Found wrong During Verification / Cross Checking, Your Services will be terminated stating you complete reasons.

2. Any Dishonesty / Cheating / Fraud in-between payment collections and forwarding will attract complaint in Police immediately.
